Where exactly is the oil filter located on a 2006 Dodge Stratus 4 cylinder?

I have looked on th right side of the engine, but I cannot seem to locate the filter anywhere above the oil pan... Does anyone know exactly where it is located or what it near so that I can find it??? And also should is it easier accessed from under the hood or below the car?Where exactly is the oil filter located on a 2006 Dodge Stratus 4 cylinder?

The oil filter is located on the right side (passenger side) of engine behind the oil pan. It's better to get to it from underneath.
