Where is the oil filter on a 2007 Camry Hybrid?

My dad needs to know so that he can change it. He can't find it anywhere right now.

The location should be in the manual, in the maintenance section. There should be a drawing there. But some manuals, like those for certain European cars, don't include this info.

you may have to go to the dealership to get that part, although I've never heard of a parts store not carrying an oil filter for all makes and models of vehicles. if a parts store dosen't have one, they can either order one, or you can buy the book on the make and model of what ever vehicle you have, look up oil filter in there, and it should tell you where to get one.
