1996 4-cylinder Toyota Camry. What is the name of the cover that surrounds the oil filter and dipstick?

I had an oil change today. When I looked under the hood, I noticed that I had a space where the oil filter and dipstick are located. I think it is some kind of plastic cover. I brought the car back to Treads %26amp; Care, but they claim that nothing is missing. Does anyone know what I am talking about or what the name of it is?1996 4-cylinder Toyota Camry.
