On the right hand side of the engine there should be a cover with 3 bolts holding it on. The lowest bolt is the oil filter drain bolt and is usually different to the other two bolts. (Allen key and may have a sealing washer on it) This cover is located on the right hand side cover just under where the header/exhaust pipe bends around towards the rear of the bike. This cover is sealed with an o-ring, so no need for new gasket. Hope this helps.Where can i find the oil filter on a yz 450 05model?
