How can I find a less expensive oil filter for my John Deere Riding Mower?

I got one from a friend who gave me a sears brand and it matched its size. I used it for a year but now I am out of course. I hate sears store here, so I was wondering how else I can get the cheaper replacement. John Deere ones cost about $8 - $11. I want to buy one for less than $5 by not pay for John deere brand name. How can I find a less expensive oil filter for my John Deere Riding Mower?
eBay. If I find something but I don't like the price, I'll search for it on eBay. Usually it is cheaper. How can I find a less expensive oil filter for my John Deere Riding Mower?
Almost any auto parts store can look up an after market brand for you. Same for belts.
