simple your car will last many years, newer cars if taken care of will go more than 200,00 miles. if its not changes the oil breaks down and causes severe engine damage, if filters are not changed they clog up and let all the contaminents go through the engine and destroy itWhat are the positive effects of changing the oil filter and oil in our cars?
Think of what oil does for an internal combustion engine.... it lubricates, cools and seals the engine.
When the viscosity breaks down (it ability to keep metal parts apart and reduce friction) you get bearings that can come in contact with each other. Talk about quick heat generation!
Oil transfers heat from bearings and other metal parts to heat the engine evenly to improve efficiency.... it helps keep everything at th eright temperature.
And last but not least.... it helps seal the engine so its more efficient in using the air/fuel mixture.
But its a two way street.... change the oil with conventional oils every 3000 to 3500 miles AND tthe filter with good oil and a good filter. But you have to check the PCV valve and air filter too.
Bottom line.... you help maintain efficiency and the life of the vehicle. So unless you are Donald Trump's or Bill Gates' kid.... your car is probably you 1st or second biggest investment. Oil change---- $20 to $26.... new car.... $7500 to $33000....What are the positive effects of changing the oil filter and oil in our cars?
when you change the oil and filter, you are getting rid of the contaminants that that cause wear on critical engine parts,eg.pistons rings bearings etc.keeping the oil and filter changed contributes to longer engine life and less repair.
Same effect as changing your underwear on a regular basis. Keeps things clean and avoids build up of unwanted crap. Engines require lubrication and the filter takes out the damaging particles. Oil changes keep things moving smoothly below the hood.
uhh if u dont your engine will burn up and seize and it will be no good it keeps the pistons cool
Your car will continue to run.
Are you serious?
really
