2001 dodge stratus bottemed out my car and the oil filter broke off do you know what the oil filter is conn?

bottomed out my 2001 dodge stratus 4 door 4 cylinder car yesterday and the oil filter broke off. it looks like a piece off concrete with 2 holes in it ( that is connected to the oil filter still) Can anyone tell me what piece it is that is broke and what I need to buy to get it fixed?2001 dodge stratus bottemed out my car and the oil filter broke off do you know what the oil filter is conn?
you have busted the oil filter housing on it,you must have really hit hard to do that,but don't run the engine or you will ruin it,jack it up and check to see what all it busted,i have replaced those that are busted like this,you can get used housing for 25 bucks from a salvage yard,id also check the oil pan really good,there may be damage to it also,good luck with it.2001 dodge stratus bottemed out my car and the oil filter broke off do you know what the oil filter is conn?
OIL FILTER HOUSING?? this isn't an easy fix and definitely DO NOT START the engine until you get it repaired. Good luck.
