How do you change an oil filter in a 2003 Ford F-150?

It's in a tough spot. Above the front differential on the D/S. It has a plastic drain but you will still get some drain from both sides of the diff. It's not real messy but if you're on your back, leverage will be an issue. Turn the wheel slightly to the D/S before removal. It comes out from the bottom front.

Good luck!!

EDIT: I'm assuming it's a 4wd because you're asking, the 2wd's are simple %26amp; if you're changing your own oil you know what you're looking for.How do you change an oil filter in a 2003 Ford F-150?
Drain the oil...crawl under the truck and spin it off.
