It's probably on the bottom or side of the engine. It's round and about the size of a soda can. Buy a new one, and compare the new one with what you see in the engine. You'll probably need a filter wrench to take the old one off. Filter wrenches are only 2-4 bucks. Don't forget to coat the rubber gasket of the new filter with some clean engine oil before installing.
