If the ';o'; ring is leaking, just change the filter. the ';o'; ring is part of the filter itself. Make sure the old one doesn't stick to the mount and be sure to put a little oil on the new ';o'; ring to keep it from sticking.

O rings come with the oil filter. When you replace the filter you replace the O ring. Just get an oil change.
im not sure why you would repair an o ring on a oil filter. You should just replace the whole filter. A new filter comes with the o ring.
