What is the best thing to use to clean filter oil out of the airbox?

Filter was over saturated and the oil is everywhere! What is the best thing to use to clean filter oil out of the airbox?
Get some spray type air filter cleaner, stuff a rag in the intake boot, then spray the filter cleaner all over the inside of the airbox. Wipe out with a clean shop rag.

Be sure and check the airbox drain for collected filter oil. Even if you've seen the air filter oil draining out through it you will still have residue that can cause problems later if you don't get it out now.

Does this sound like the voice of experience speaking? *lol*What is the best thing to use to clean filter oil out of the airbox?
parts cleaner will break down the oil with a rag. then use a dry rag to wipe the excess out. Or use a contact spray areasol with rags. just rags if you have nothing else, soapy water for final clean up.
well to answer ur ? i say use either. then to tell u whats wrong its either cause u overfilled it with oil or if theres metel shaveings in the air box its a warnty problem
Dish washing soap and water, rinse well and blow dry with a hair drier on a low setting.
I think the big question is why there is oil in you air box it sounds like you have a problem with a bad

PCV valve. But any way to answer your question best is to use brake or parts cleaner this will not cause any other damage to your engine plus excess will evaporate.

PS

replace the air filter
take towles and clean in out
Soak up as much as possible with paper towels. You can use gasoline, but don't use it around hot objects or open flames. Wet a rag or paper towels with gas and wipe it clean.
